I love when our partners come up with creative ways to build our culture and I don't know about it.
Today I walked into the Customer Loyalty Center and there was a tree with LED lights on it that caught my attention. It was a gratitude Tree! The purpose is to fill our a blank leaf with something or some open you are grateful for and hang the leaf on the tree.
So cool!
