Time for our next All Hands Meeting. We can put a wraps on out Q1 theme "Keep Calm and Lykki On" after a successful rebrand. Q2 theme is Where's Wyatt? Based on the name of our new Enterprise Level ERP software system. We named the software project Wyatt after Wyatt Erp - get it?
All Hands are also about setting up the entire company for a focused march forward over the next quarter. We want every partner to know where we are at with our numbers, goals and strategic plans. It's also one more opportunity to talk about our KI Values and team build.
Q2 is all about the implementation of Wyatt and integration across all our software from CRM to ecommerce and back office. It will make life so much easier and more enjoyable for our partners and customers as we reduce the number of software running Lykki from 15 down to 3. There will be lots of training and long hours but most important is that we are all on board together.
