A little rain won't dampen our spirits at the LykkiPlex when you have palm trees and and crazy characters like Conston our ops manager to brighten our day.

Helping out a young family

While visiting Nicaragua a few weeks ago for our charity we met some wonderful people who we thought we could help make their lives just a little bit happier.
So today we surprised a lovely young family with a new home. We know this shelter is modest by our standards but for Ruby, Bryan and their two young children Jose and Hasly this will be life changing.
Their home in Cristo Rey was about to collapse at any moment and their floor was mud and pools of water when it rained.
Along with a new home we were able to supply a new bed to replace the wooden pallets the family slept on.

We are truly blessed here in Canada and it is nice to use our success to help others.

Nicaragua

Here are a few pictures from our trip last week to visit Cristo Rey Nicaragua. Our Lykki for Good initiatives are changing lives for these people who have so little and need so much. Yet you see smiles and optimism everywhere you go in this wonderful country.
Thanks to our customers we are able to make a small difference here. Each dollar our customers spend - we donate a liter of clean water and for every piece of fruit we sell we donate a piece to a feeding program here.
